Rhythm Section Auditions

Rhythm Section: Synthesizer, Drum Set and Electric Guitar.

• Players auditioning for the rhythm section must prepare two musical pieces of their choice selected from contrasting genres (for example: Mozart and Guns ‘n Roses)
• Players will choose 30 seconds worth of playing time from each piece to perform for their audition
• The players must provide a copy of their sheet music (tab music will not be accepted) and outline the section they will be performing
• Players must be able to play piece to a metronome

ALL AUDITIONING CANDIDATES will be required to join the visual portion of the auditions. We understand that not everyone is as familiar with marching as others might be, and completely take this into consideration. We only ask that you come with the willingness to learn and the humility to try. The staff will do it's best to guide you through the process.
